Chairman’s remarks
Welcome to the meeting. Many thanks to the Dunholme News committee who have been producing the Dunholme News for 50 years. The pond on Manor Farm has had a good cut back ready for the spring/summer months and the duck house also got a clean.

b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding expenditure of the Large Village Retail Grant Scheme successful application

Parish Council Building and Asset:-
a. To receive an update on the proposed new play area on Honeyholes Lane, including funding for the project
Awaiting outcome of funding application.
b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding maintenance required to the village play areas
Proposed Cllr Ms Keetley, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to accept a quite from AKO Maintenance for £5848 to jet wash and repoint the village play areas.
c. To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress
Feasibility studies are taking place between the DDIBC and the village hall committee.
d. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding long term future regarding maintenance of our I.T & equipment
Deferred to the next meeting to allow the quotes to be circulated.

To discuss and submit any comments regarding planning applications received:-
147998 – Honeyholes Lane, Dunholme - Notification under Electricity Act 1989: Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 - SMI/1835436 - 1no. Pole Mounted Transformer & 1no. terminal H pole – discuss and submit comments to WLDC – Proposed Cllr Ms Guest, seconded Cllr Cutter and agreed by all to submit no comments.

To discuss and take any necessary action regarding storage options for Parish Council assets
Proposed Cllr Ms Forrester, seconded Cllr Ms Guest and agreed by all to purchase a storage container for using as storage for the Parish Council assets. A budget of £3500 was set for the purchase and delivery of the unit. The Clerk will see if planning permission is required.

To discuss and take any necessary action regarding promoting recycling within the village
Proposed Cllr Ms Guest, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to investigate providing more recycling options within the village. Cllr Ms Guest will investigate the possible option available and set up a temporary recycling area within the village hall for a trial period.

Village Maintenance
a. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
Cemetery hedge cutting – Reply with wording from Tonys google search. The hedge does not belong to the Parish Council.
Bollards – budlea overgrowing and needs cutting back - Also ask Highways. Their pear trees also need cutting back to the fence line.
Additional Parking Sign for the car park – Proposed Cllr Mrs Forrester, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to purchase an overflow car park sign from Allen Signs for £116.60
b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding hedge cutting both sides of the A46 between Scothern Lane & Lincoln Rd
The Clerk will contact County Councillor Sue Rawlins to request the hedges are cut back as soon as possible following bird nesting season.
c. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the purchase of a metal grid to prevent debris entering the underground drainage pipe at end of the ditch next to the football pitch
Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to obtain quotes to make a metal grid to protect the drainage pipe.

Discussions took place regarding the annual rental figure. Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to write to the DDIBC regarding this.
