A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council took place on Monday 8th August 2022 in Dunholme Village Hall

22/08/01              Chairman’s remarks

                              We have received a number of enquiries from people interested in becoming a Parish Councillor.

 

22/08/02              To receive apologies and reasons for absence

Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keeltey and agreed by all to accept apologies and reasons for absence from Cllrs Plowman, Miss Keetley and Ms Sanderson

 

22/08/03              Disclosure of pecuniary interests

Cllr Seal declared an interest in planning application number 145096 as the Company he works for is undertaking the work.

 

22/08/04              Notes of the council meeting held on 4th July 2022 to be approved and signed as minutes

Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to sign the notes of the last meeting as a true record of events.

a. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the protocol to request agenda items

22/08/08              Parish Council Buildings and Asset

a. To receive an update regarding the development of the Village Hall complex, including the installation of solar panels

b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the future use of the football field, including a request for a third team to use the pitch

Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to allow a third Welton football team to use the football pitch and sports units.  This is for a 12-month period and will be reviewed.

Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Pache and agreed by all to increase total hire fees to £150 (pitch) and £300 (sports units) per team.

The maintenance of the goal post brackets belonging to the football club will be added to the lease.

c. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the installation of play equipment at the new Cyden Homes development, including the possibility of an accessibility park

Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to look into the possibility of an accessibility park at the new site of the Cyden Homes development.

 

22/08/09              Events:-

a. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the 2022 Christmas Event

Stalls will be located in the Old School Hall and car park – The Clerk will ask if we can use the back of the Old School Hall.

The church will offer refreshments.

b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the Summer Picnic

Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to accept a quote from The Bouncy Castle Company for £366.

 

22/08/10              Planning: -

a. To discuss and submit any comments regarding the following applications: -

145135 – Change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site (Email from member of public) – It was agreed to submit no comments regarding this.

145248 – 30 Ryland Road – Removal of rear conservatory and build extension on same footprint – Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to submit no comments regarding this application.

145096 – Elsham to Lincoln Pipeline - Hybrid planning application for proposed 57km pipeline scheme between Elsham and Lincoln, a 1.5km spur at Welton and associated above ground infrastructure at Elsham, together with outline planning application for associated ground infrastructure at Welton with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications – Proposed Cllr Mrs Keetley, seconded Cllr Pache and agreed by all to submit no comments regarding this application.

b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the Neighbourhood Plan Review

22/08/11              Village Maintenance

a. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village

Email Simon Smoothey re emptying the bins.

Buy her a new litter picker.

The Clerk will ask the Co Op if a new sign can be erected in place of the current one.

Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to accept a quote from Arborez Ltd for £1850 to undertake Maintenance on trees in Oak Wood and opposite the Spring.  This work was agreed due to the Health and Safety of the area.

b. To agree distribution of the 30mph speed stickers to residents

Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to pay PT Distributions £40 to distribute the 30mph stickers together with a piece of guidance paper.
