A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council took place on Monday 28th June 2021 in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.

21/06/01 Chairman’s remarks
Welcome to all.
21/06/02 To receive apologies and reasons for absence
Proposed Cllr Rodgers, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to accept apologies and reasons for absence from Cllrs Miss Keetley and Newton.
21/06/03 Disclosure of pecuniary interests
Cllr Pache declared an interest in agenda item 5c.
21/06/04 Notes of the meeting held on 28th May 2021 to be approved and signed as minutes
Proposed Cllr Mrs Pelcot, seconded Cllr Rodgers and agreed by all to approve the notes of the last meeting and sign as a true record of events.
21/06/05 Accounts and Finance
- a) To approve and sign the 2020-21 Annual Governance statement for submission to the external auditor
Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to approve and sign the 2020- 21 Annual Governance Statement.
- b) To approve and sign the 2020-21 Annual Accounting Statement for submission to the external auditor
Proposed Cllr Mrs Pelcot, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to approve and sign the 2020- 21 Annual Accounting Statement.
- c) To discuss and agree to pay the 2021/22 Annual Chairmans Allowance
Proposed Cllr Rodgers, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to pay Cllr Pache a Chairmans allowance of £200, No receipts are needed.

21/06/06 Parish Council Buildings and Assets
- a) To receive an update regarding the CCTV issues
Proposed Cllr Mrs Pelcot, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to make upgrades to the CCTV system to a total cost of £2834.17 from GBSG.
- b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding chafer bug damage to the Outdoor Bowling Green and the purchase of an additional safety gate for the area.
Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Rodgers and agreed by all to set a budget of £1700 for a new gate/fencing and chafer bug treatment.
- c) To discuss and take any necessary action from issues raised by the Indoor Bowls Club from the annual fire inspection and electrical safety inspection
This was deferred to a future meeting once the necessary reports have been received.
21/06/07 Planning:-

21/06/08 Administration:-
- a) To receive a request from Welton and Dunholme Cricket Club for the use of the football field and toilet and take any necessary action
Proposed Cllr Pache, seconded Cllr Rodgers and agreed by all to allow the hire of the village football field and toilet on a Thursday night at a hire charge of £10/week.
- b) To agree to give delegated powers to the Clerk to undertake decisions and actions, following approval from the Chairman to ensure the smooth running of the Parish Council over the summer break
Proposed Cllr Rodgers, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to give the Clerk ad Chairman delegated powers over the summer break.
- c) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the Queens Green Canopy
Proposed Cllr Seal, seconded Cllr Rodgers and agreed by all to apply for some trees under the Queens Green Canopy project. The proposed sites are the church green, Manor Farm estate and the public open space at the end of Nursery Close.
21/06/09 Village Maintenance
- a) To receive and decide quotes for the following:-
- the installation of road safety ramps outside of the indoor bowls club
Proposed Cllr Rodgers, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to accept a quote of £1130.90 from AKO Groundworks Ltd for the supply and fit of road safety ramps. A further budget of £500 was set for base plates and road markings.
- the maintenance to the walkway between the tennis courts and the blue sports units
Proposed Cllr Rodgers, seconded Cllr Seal and agreed by all to accept a quote from AKO Groundworks Ltd for £2687 to maintain the above area.
- b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding maintenance required to the trees and hedges boarding the football pitch and the woods

- c) To approve expenditure on the summer planting of the village flower containers
