A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council will be held remotely on Monday 1st February 2021 at 7.30PM.

Following the introduction of new legislation Councils are now able to hold their meetings remotely. The Parish Council will therefore be using Zoom online video conferencing to hold remote meetings, until further notice.

If you wish to attend the above-mentioned remote meeting you will need to:

1)Email the Parish Clerk via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than noon on Saturday 2nd January 2021, to advise. You will then be sent an email with a link to enable you to access this meeting.

3)Approximately 5 minutes before the meeting is due to start, you should click the link detailed in the email sent to you from the Council. You may then be prompted to enter the User ID and password which will also be emailed to you.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 15 minutes, be held. The public may address the council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

3) Disclosure of pecuniary interests

Declaration of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.

7) Parish Council Buildings and Assets

a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the CCTV around the DDIBC and village hall.

b) To receive an update regarding the Lincoln Tennis Academy hire fees and take any necessary action.

To discuss and submit and comments regarding the following planning application:-

9) Administration:-

a) To approve and adopt a CCTV policy

 

10) Village Maintenance

a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the cleaning of the war memorial.

b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding a wild-flower patch in the village.

c) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding improvements and maintenance required to the village play areas, including the purchase of new village play area signs.

d) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village.

 

11) To agree to close the meeting to press and public to enable to Council to discuss sensitive information.

12) To receive a request for a rent reduction, together with projected accounts from the DDIBC and take any necessary action.

13) Date of next meeting – Monday 2nd March 2021, to be held via zoom
