8. Parish Council Buildings and Asset
a. To receive an update regarding the development of the Village Hall complex, including the installation of solar panels.
b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the future use of the football field, including a request for a third team to use the pitch.
c. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the installation of play equipment at the new Cyden Homes development, including the possibility of an accessibility park.

10. Planning: -
a. To discuss and submit any comments regarding the following applications:-
145135 – Change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site (Email from member of public)
145248 – 30 Ryland Road – Removal of rear conservatoroy and build extension on same footprint
145096 – Elsham to Lincoln Pipeline - Hybrid planning application for proposed 57km pipeline scheme between Elsham and Lincoln, a 1.5km spur at Welton and associated above ground infrastructure at Elsham, together with outline planning application for associated ground infrastructure at Welton with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications.
b. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the Neighbourhood Plan Review (TP/NR/CP)
c. To receive an update regarding an Emergency Plan / Contacts Pack (CS/KP)
