A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council will be held on Monday 7th October 2024 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.

At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence

3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests

4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 9th September 2024 to be approved and signed as minutes

5. Accounts and Finance

a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the 2025-26 proposed projects for the draft budget

b) To approve the payment of accounts – See list

6. Parish Council Building and Assets:-

a. To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress.

7. To discuss and submit comments to WLDC regarding planning applications received:-

8. To receive an update regarding promoting sustainability within the village.

9. To discuss the “Lincolnshire Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Transformation” scheme - (NHS)working with "Bridge "a community organisation

10. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the 2024 Christmas events, including the purchase of a village Christmas tree.

11. Village Maintenance

a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village.

b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the placement of benches and bins in the village, including the purchase of a picnic bench for the new play area.

c) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the dog waste bins situated around the village.

12. To agree to close the meeting to Press and Public

13. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the DDIBC lease.

14. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the purchase of land on Market Rasen Road.

15. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the renewal of the village hall lease.
