A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council will be held on Monday 3rd June 2024 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests
4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 6th May 2024 to be approved and signed as minutes
5. To elect representatives to the following working groups:-
- Human Resources
- Dunholme District Indoor Bowls Club
- Village Hall
- Village Maintenance
- Christmas event working group
- Neighbourhood Plan review group
- Play areas
6. Accounts and Finance
a. To receive and decide upon an application for a grant from St Chads Church towards their grass cutting costs.
b. To approve the payment of accounts – See list
7. Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a. To receive an update on the proposed new play area on Honeyholes Lane, including funding for the project.
b. To receive and decide upon quotes for the Parish Council annual insurance cover.
c. To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress, including a proposal to compile and circulate a Community Survey fir the future use of the area and buildings.
8. To receive and update regarding the purchase of a storage unit for Parish Council assets.
9. To receive an update regarding promoting recycling within the village, including a proposal to site a clothing bank in the Village Hall Car Park.
10. Village Maintenance
a. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
11. To agree to close the meeting to Press and Public
12. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the DDIBC lease.
13. To note External Audit Submission meeting – Monday 24th June 2024 at 5.30pm
